Why did we create this website? To help educate, and offer suggestions to people that have been diagnosed with celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity. Often people that loved to eat foods such as bread, pasta, pizza and visit food serving establishments must be very careful as to what and where they eat. All hope is not lost. The good news is that many food manufacturers, public and private businesses and large corporations have realized there is a need for gluten-free products and services. Offerings are expanding daily.

 

We will share our experiences from living with this restriction - not just to cope with the dramatic change to your diet, but to embrace it and actually enjoy eating foods that are tasty and healthy for you.
